WELCOME TO   FORWARDS THERAPY

I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor working in a person-centred and relational way.  I provide a safe and supportive space where you can discover more about yourself and your situation in an environment where you feel heard, accepted and understood, without judgement.  This helps to create a genuine and inclusive relationship where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, giving you the opportunity to develop inner strength and resources, helping you to feel better able to navigate the complexities of life.

Whether you are finding things difficult at the moment, or feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, confused, sad, angry or any other emotion, you can find a way through and discover how to move forwards.  Sometimes we have to become unstuck to move forwards and together we can create a space where you feel comfortable to do this, helping you find some resolve and peace, making your life more manageable at a pace that suits you.
